This site is a
tribute to Gerry Lockran, an amazing blues singer and
guitarist. During his lifetime Gerry recorded thirteen
albums and toured most of Europe and the USA. Many people
have fond memories of his gigs and still play their old
vinyl. And new generations of fans continue to appreciate
Gerry by discovering his old records.
Sadly all of his albums are now 'deleted', but we hope to
rekindle sufficient interest to release a CD in the not
too distant future. Leave your contact details with us

and outgoing manner needed to capture uncertain
audiences. He is no novice and his years of devotion to
the blues have stood him in good stead. Touches of Josh
White, Brownie McGhee and Bill Broonzy serve to enhance
his own natural virility. Essentially a masculine
performer, Gerry can yet be gentle and pleading and his
quality as a performer is proved by the ever increasing
attendances at his club dates and concerts."
